Funnily enough my Dad didn't rate Jackson highly.

Me neither, mate.

And big Tam was legendary for his tackles, but not the most gifted with his feet. Scored the winner in '73 SC from six inches with his studs.

Amoruso got to be in that list, and high up in it.

Craig Moore aswell?

Lorenzo was a great personality, but not such great CB.  Loads of daft mistakes.

Incidentally, regardless of leg break dates, Gough and Butcher wasn't a great combination because they both wanted to attack the ball.  Brown was a better partner as he let Gough attack the high ball and had the pace to cover behind him if he didn't get it

Goldson is a good player but his problem is his concentration or focus slips possibly as he thinks he’s better than he actually is or feels some respect to some he’s playing against. He also rarely takes responsibility for his own mistakes again maybe down to this thing he’s built himself up to. Saying all this, he can still be a massive part for us to have a really good season ❤️🤍💙

We’re also due some goals from our CDs from corners and hopefully he starts delivering there as should others.

Cuellar is levels above Goldson, never been a massive Goldson fan tbh best of a bad/average bunch, speaks volumes he was available on a Bosman and ended up resigning with us.

Depends what player you are comparing.. Carlos was definitely a very good out and out defender.. Goldson has an amazing long pass on him for instance, which is very effective in our current system. Carlos could not play that role. Very different players.

Looks to have lost a wee bit of form. Souttar had the more assured performance yesterday

Could easily have been sent off yesterday especially with that wee shite refereeing.

Between that and refusing to give Silva a second yellow, you wonder if the debacle at the Glitterdome and the postmortem that followed has got to Collum?

Hopefully. Should keep it up.

100%. He would have been terrified to give a big decision against us yesterday.

Under the same pressure and microscope celtic created going into the last OF

Think he didn't give the second yellow because he knew he got the first one wrong and if he'd sent Silva off he would have gone crucified when they highlighted the first booking.
