It even happened with Walter Smith in his final season and Sir Alex when he first stated his plans for retirement. Connor Goldson hasn't pulled out of 1 tackle, hasn't gave up one chase, hasn't dropped his effort levels 1% at all this season. Nobody has any right to question what ever he decides to do.
