Alot better yes, needs to show desire/quickness/aggression to stop crosses coming in like last night that led to their goal, Kent lazy too watching it, doubling up.

Dundee game was his best game this season. Past 5 games is like barasic of old.

Cut inside and had a shot with his right foot last night. Can’t recall him EVER doing that before.

Obviously under clear instruction to mix it up and not rely solely on whipping in cross after cross.

Can't believe the difference in him since Gio became manager ( ok should have done better at the cross last night ) but his defending has greatly improved and like somebody else said was my MOTM against Dundee, does anyone else think Gerrard was asking him to do too much and it effected his overall game

100%. 

Was such an overly complicated way of playing in hindsight. Wingers play inside but have to get in the box, striker drops into AM and doesn’t, fullbacks play as wingers and CMs play as cover for fullbacks. 

Amazing how simple it is to keep your players in their positions and do the role they’ve trained all their life for.

No idea where this has come from. He stopped a certain goal from Cadden after bursting a gut to throw himself in front of the ball…

He has really stood out in recent games. I think he wants to stay and win more , you can tell it's not just about money he wants to wear our shirt

The worst part of his game is stopping crosses and that is seriously important for a FB, so he needs to step up on that before I praise him too much.

Definitely looking closer to the player we had last season, hoping he pushes on now.

Certainly one we could look to turn some sort of profit on (not a huge figure given he's a lot older than Aribo, Kamara etc) if he regains form.

He stands too far back from the attacker, they don’t even have to skin him to get a cross in, he leaves them enough room to get the ball in the box without going by him.

I thought he was excellent last night. Just needs to get a wee bit tighter to prevent crosses coming in.

Massive improvement from him. I always had a feeling he and Gerrard didn't always see eye to eye.

He had a good game last night as did the rest of the team. Needs to be tighter to his man at crosses but looks a lot more like the Barisic of old so hopefully Gio can get the best out off him. With the team playing well and the performances improving week on week it only boosts everyone’s confidence.I feel that this is what he was lacking in as his ability was never an issue 🔴⚪️🔵👍🏻🇭🇷

The tactical change has brought alot more stability to his game which he was crying out for. Be interesting when Gio starts to ease the handbrake off him.
