Yup but the executive board are fucking hopeless. Ship has been rudderless. They have to be cleared out before any talk of Gio going.

Agreed the executive who are responsible for actually running the club, guys like Robertson, Bisgrove, Graham and Wilson just lurch from one avoidable disaster to another.

They need to be cleared out even before the manager and any players imho.

It's our inability to find a different option to Morelos. celtic have found 2 strikers this season who have both been scoring, Wilson and our scouting network have come up with Roofe and Itten - simply not good enough. We wouldn't be winning the league even if we'd beat celtic as we're back to relying too much on Morelos. Ramsey was a lazy signing, good player but not worth £2m wages and injured most of time. Diallo another waste!

Contract situation with current squad, inability to get top targets in early, lumbering us with dross and a marque signing that is doing a ‘Bale’ and only getting fit for his national team means he has been a failure. About time people at the club started to earn their inflated salaries.

For a reported £7.2M between them.

Roofe has scored a good few goals for us with one utterly brilliant one. As an impact sub he is fine and others teams were willing to pay what we did to get him. I'd say 5/10 as a signing.

Itten. Swiss internationalist, looked like a sound signing but not all signings work out. 3/10.

Difficult to blame Wilson for them.

over 4 million for an impact sub and someone who can't get anywhere near the first team - if not Wilson who do you blame

Roofe only became an impact sub when we changed manager, he was a starter under the manager he was signed under

Ultimately, you get what you deserve across a season. We were sniffing about names like Veerman and Skov Olsen who are currently tearing things up in their leagues, but instead signed the likes of Sakala, Bacuna, a development loan and a loan of a player who wasn't fully fit. In contrast celtic have signed players who can impact their first 11. We're getting out what we put in and that buck stops with Ross Wilson.

Not that difficult. His record of recruitment has been horrific.

It really has.

Yesterday they fielded a team with 8 new players they picked up this season and are now on track for a treble again.

Under Wilson how many of our signings have gone straight into the starting 11.

Our signings are squad players to boost numbers. We rarely add players that improve and strengthen our first 11.

Sakala, Wright, Diallo, Sands to name a few picking up wages offering nothing.

We just got rid of the likes of Barker after seasons of paying them for the same output.

If this was you or me performing like this in our line of work we would be have been at the job centre a long time ago.

It's simply not good enough.

Let's also not forget allowed Goldson to see out his deal instead of punting him.

We also now have Morelos, Kent and Aribo going into last year.

Been put to shame by a recruitment system across the city that consisted of signing players the manager himself had only ever heard of.

He’s an absolute weapon and a huge failure.

Losing out to Club Brugge for Skov Olsen is nothing short of embarrassing in all honesty, something you’d expect from a tinpot club like Preston or some shite no a team going for a title or European football.

Diallo is a loan that definitely hasn't worked, but the one I don't understand is Sands. A decent game in the cup v Dundee is about it. I see nothing in him to suggest he is a player at all. No idea what possessed us to sign him.

Thought Wright might have had something when we signed him, I was wrong, Sakala is a very bit part player tbh. Our signings have been shite, and when any of our "supposed" first 11 are out we don't have the quality to replace them.

If it wasn’t so gutting it’d be laughable really

Yeah that's a good point, he's cost us millions there by letting our big assets depreciate to the point we will get less than half of their market value.

Doubt a Tim could do a worse job than he has.

The fact that we had sold Patterson in that window for a club record fee and had compensation from Gerrard leaving makes it worse. It was a lot of money for sure, but look at his stats. A player like Olsen, in a position we desperately need quality in, could have made the difference. He's got something like 12 goals and assists in 8 games for Brugge. Paying to get him and Souttar in would have been good business.

Amad "37 million" Diallo

WOW

Atlanta must have been laughing all the way to the bank on that one, honestly looks like a lost wee boy who would struggle at lower end spl

Wilson has to pay a price here too, the protests must get more intensive now, robertson, bisgrove 200% must be pushed out the club and vocally. Wilson must go also.

Praying King has something up his sleeve and comes back onboard or calls a EGM ASAP though think hes waiting until the season ends, hopefully.

The sight where Wilson was showing Ramsey around ibrox as if he was pele was the most cringeworthy thing of the season☹️ Said it at the time it was embarrassing as it just looked as if he was the final piece of the jigsaw to win the league , then within 24 hours we were fkd by the scum and we didn’t know when he’d be fit, only rangers could do that😒

I think its unfair to write the boy off based on his time here. He's a young boy who is still developing, playing with expectation that's probably too much for him right now, in a time when we need men to fight for a title. It was a bad signing, but that's not his fault.

He looked good at County.

Not really his fault he was thrown straight in at Parkhead. Still think he can contribute something big.
