Some of the passing and movement on and off the ball was great to watch players actually showing a willingness to get beyond their markers . Far more attempts at goal in and around the goalmouth is pleasing to see albeit there still seems.a lack of conviction when it comes to slamming the ball into goal from around the 18 yard line . Cantwell deserved motm a dogged display got tore in held the ball up well and danced with it under his feet despite having defenders around him numerous times . As soon as he got here he made it clear that he would be using the squad properly and building a team. Using subs just to change things if he thinks it's not working or if someone has had a bit of a knock. Keeping the squad match fit in case someone does have to come in for a spell. He plays players to their strengths and the better he knows them the better they are playing and the more belief they have. Add that into the fact that they are actually feeling pressure this year, have a manager they hate but are stuck with unless they pay a lot of cash out then we have a recipe for sharks.
