Laudrupsleftfoot 12,285 Posted Thursday at 20:12 Share Posted Thursday at 20:12 Thought he looked really good technically at times which was pleasantly surprising. WWTC, Roy Hobbs and JackAlex93
RossS1873 2,690 Posted Thursday at 20:17 Share Posted Thursday at 20:17 Playing out of position on his weak side, on his debut away in Europe, he could be understood to play a bit conservative but was willing to get up and down the line. Looked very decent, strong and just a shame he missed a good chance but a very positive start for him HG5

Popular Post VladimirWeiss69 948 Posted Thursday at 20:39 Popular Post Share Posted Thursday at 20:39 Jefte Propper Souttar and kasanwirjo and we have ourselves a back line, Tav just cannot continue, every single game you have teams targeting that side, he is consistently our worst defender, it's just negligence having him constantly start at this stage EllonLoyal, graeme_4, MonTheGers and 3 others

KBOO72 4,777 Posted Thursday at 20:58 Share Posted Thursday at 20:58 An extremely comfortable, confident starting debut. Considering it was in a tricky away game playing in his unnatural position you can't be anything other than impressed. Needs to replace Tav at rb immediately and for the foreseeable future. The captain continues to be a complete liability defensively for us and if Clement can't see it and drop him when we have Kasanwirjo available and putting in performances like tonight there should be huge question asked. Colin Traive 23,888 Posted Friday at 06:58 Share Posted Friday at 06:58 I know that’s his first full game but the signs are very encouraging. What are the terms of the deal? Is it a loan with option or with obligation? And do we have an idea of a fee? If he provides a long term solution at right back, that’s something we really need. Option. I think it's about €2m.
Jamie0202 13,155 Posted Friday at 07:10 Share Posted Friday at 07:10 We've shortened Tavernier's name to three letters for years. Same with Diomande so seems easy enough to do the same for Kasanwirjo.
BlueSuedeSambas 56,432 Posted Friday at 08:09 Share Posted Friday at 08:09 A good start, but that’s all it is so far. It's sad and he's been a great servant to the club but he can't play RB any more. I still think he could play in midfield where the qualities he still has could be better utilised. Why should we play Tavernier in midfield? He hasn't got the legs to get up and down the park anymore. Game would pass him by in there
