Would hate losing two games against the Tarriers and the like, but the split is a farce and playing Kilmarnock 7 times in a season is boring.

Cant account for playing killie twice in the cups ad going to a replay in one of them, thats pure luck

20 team league is way to go.

Before the 10 team league and latterly the 12 team league we had an 18 team league and by Feb each year there were a 6 or 7 teams who were too far away from a Europe slot but too far above relegation that there were a number of absolutely meaningless games. At least 1 or 2 every weekend. It would be even worse now as we have less euro spots and 20 teams would add to the number of teams in that position.

20 team league, exact same as down south, the differences between a St Mirren or Dundee and a Falkirk are minimal so there will be no tail off in quality

Make the rest of the leagues at least 20 teams as well and let’s actually make our game worth watching below the top of the top division

Adopt the same playoff system as down south and not the confusing garbage we have just now

We should also have some form of Super Cup/Charity Shield match as a season curtain raiser at Murrayfield

Will never happen but would be great

A third rate league set up (and the split) for a third rate country. The split was introduced to avoid meaningless games at the end of the season but they've been so far ahead that they've coasted the last few years, 2nd, 3rd or 4th means fuck all and relegation has been pretty nailed on to 1/2 teams.

How a country this size has 40 odd senior teams in the league is a joke too. Those progressing out the bottom tiers are the newer teams like Elgin, Peterhead, Ross Cty and ICT; as opposed to shite that has offered Scottish football fuck all return other than a high profile cup game against one of the big guns. Shitehole.
