I have a theory about this - Richard Gordon is stepping down as Saturday presenter on BBC Radio Scotland Sportsound after 30 years. I reckon Stewart might be up for the job, but is trying to clean up after himself first.

 

If he does get the job - I'll be switching off after being a listener for decades. The man is a trumpet. He has nothing to say, and he says it far too loud.
