BlueThunder 8,636
A number of positives, but also some of the same old negatives. Good workout for us though. surfsup2 and HG5
Number5 2,287
Decent workout. Spurs are a good side. Could have been more. Thought our new lads looked decent. Definite issues in defensive shape today. Abviously won't get dragged about like we did today against many sides this season. Popular Post sassaaaa 11,406
At full strength we were completely out played there , thank fuck it was a friendly. All the new players look as though they will slot straight into the first team barring Souttar who I see on the bench a lot if Davies is as good as the hype. Kents_Hook 1,698
honestly the amount of slack passing is worrying but then in saying that, i'd much prefair it happens in nothing games and not important games.

GersInCanada 7,775
Gio has work to do. Should we get there then Spurs are the sort of opponent we can expect to meet in the CL group stages. However it's just pre season so can't be too despondent.
Bears r us 31,337
The quality of the T.H. players made the difference in the end, especially Kane who is a great player but for some reason I cannot stand him. We will not be playing against that quality every week thankfully. I feel we have a lot of good new players and looking forward to the new season. Valance1690 4,097
Hopefully Davies/Yilmaz can shore up that left side of defence and build a good partnership with Goldson Decent workout against a top team, the new boys have done well so far from what we've seen, Souttar is the only 1 that looks a bit shaky The No.9 and Albion

NitshillBear 1,546
If we run out of options trying to play out at the back it needs launched to safety. We can't be dinking it straight to the opposition in the middle of the park like we did today. Albion, Blumhoilann and delparlane

steven33jackie 2,017
Good to see the majority get the full 90 mins. Thought we started well and for 25 mins we were all over them. Goals conceded were poor although you can't argue with Kane's finishing. Thought Kamara, Lundstram and Tav were our standouts. The No.9 763
Really happy with how we look these last two games against very top sides. our front 4 of Matondo, Kent, Lawrence and Colak looks electric. I get the feeling we’ll be scoring plenty of goals and looking dominant. think everyone played well today except for some lazy passing here and there (and a couple McGregor bombscares). Buzzing for the season. Bears r us
bluenoz 32,451
Both Souttar and Barisic are good players, but it's clear to see the combination won't be a good one. But I won't be too critical on blaming them for the second goal. HG5
shaka 1,838
I thought we did alright considering the opposition and with some luck a couple of the half chances in the second half could've gone in. Hopefully a change in goalkeeper, Davies and Yilmaz to come in and we are looking good for the season ahead.
Broxi 12,204
If Souttar doesn't put in a better performance against Livi next week then it's Sands in the CL qualifiers for me Depending on how long Davies needs to be ready graeme_4

Popular Post LaaRFC 4,973
Would have been cruel to deny Spurs their only chance at silverware this year to be honest.
