People need to understand the cost associated with "just getting rid of him".

More gross mismanagement from recruitment though. Time and time again someone is signing off on injury prone players which obviously has a cost against it.

Might be worth it, if it helps sort the wage / turnover ratio that means we’re struggling to recruit.

Depends if paying him off is classed as a wage. Cunts useless in terms of availability.

We should refuse to sign anyone who hasn’t played at least 45 games a season for the past 2-3 years. 
 

We play more football than most of Europe, yet keep signing players who struggle to play 30 games a season. Souttar, Davies, Roofe, Ramsey, Helander all prime examples.

Just as a matter of interest, how many games does he have to miss before you consider it right “to criticise the recruitment” of a player made from oven chips?

Could be attracted to a lump sum and his agent could find him another club who would have to take a punt on the injury side of things and get him for free, but other than that we would be stuck with him.
