Popular Post BuffaloUSAGers 1,439
They are the very definition of flat track bullies. By the end of last season we were better on the pitch than them having played six more matches than them, all win or go home ties against top European teams. We were beating Dortmund the same Thursday that Bodo fucking Glimt was curb stomping them. They couldn’t defeat us over 120 minutes less than 72 hours after we played 120 minutes. They can talk big but they remember. It is us who are in their heads. We need to hit them in the face and don’t let up. The true baller 972
We will win, whether it be by 1 or 3. I'm confident that Colak, Tillman, Kent (again), Lawrence etc can hurt them. They are solid defensively against fodder and pretty weak against good attackers. The Blue Sea of Ibrox 2000, JimmyCR1 and leam_baw
ger4life_1872 30,585
Think the team picks itself apart from the position beside lundstram , I would go kamara but could see an argument for Davis or Jack to a lesser extent , Could maybe make an argument for arfield instead of lawrence/tillman for his experience but hope he's braver than that falkirkNS and Dan Deacon
JimmyCR1 1,566
No silly mistakes, and play to our strengths, we dominate imo. They’re genuinely nowhere near as good as the hype.

Disagree I like Davis but I think he’s more valuable coming off the bench in these games now Cadman and DiamondDan

I can see an argument for Davis, but more suited to Kamara I think. CR3 and ger4life_1872

The true baller 972
Early bet, Lawrence to score us to win is 9/1. Great odds. (Same with Tav is 10s, Kent is 14s)

OrangeRab 3,409
Probably same team that played PSV. We can’t sit back like we did the last time at Parkhead. That’s exactly what suits their style. Have to try to press hard and higher. The teams that have had a go (Hearts second half) and managed to get reasonable possession have looked their match. Sitting inviting pressure suits them perfectly. Only worry is do Sands and Barisic have the pace and positional sense to play higher. Sands doesn’t have Bassey’s pace. But I think you have to risk that you’re going to leave a few one on one and moments and back them to win them.
blueballss 3,039
As most have said, we need a European style setup to press them from the off. Do this and we are more than capable of turning them over. I am worried that their forward continues to line up 10 yards behind our defence, not interfering with play then becomes active in a second phase giving him a massive advantage, but trust Gio and the coaches to be pointing this out.
