Thinking of the positives - hopefully no more injuries , a bit of a break for the players and though I doubt we'd have dropped any points tonight why take the chance with a depleted squad with conditions that are a great leveller .

Our squad is already threadbare and running on empty. 

A night off to put the feet up and avoid further injuries on what would have been a very wet and slippy Ibrox pitch isn’t the worst preparation for a game against the mhanks. 

On a moral level and taking the county team bus out of it… is it really worth risking the lives of thousands of bears, bearettes and county fans presently stuck on the a9… not really.

Jokes aside, I think this is good.  A night game followed by an early kick off OF, I'd take the rest.  And after Jan 1 we'll have PC's new Belgian warriors, I'm not sure who, but probably De Bruyne.
