Btw, if we're going after them, we should also be asking why our goal in the first old firm was ruled out for a foul, but Dessers wasn't given a penalty when Johnson committed the exact same foul on Saturday. We should be demanding an explanation of what the difference between the two incidents is.

We need to see this through and see people lose their jobs. The fact that Clancy still referees us and them after his performance in the New Year old firm back in 2019 shows that we seem to be fobbed off quite easily or just give up. If the likes of Walsh and Collum are sacked then the likes of Robertson, Clancy, Mulvaney and Connor will think twice about cheating in future.

From the replays I saw it was clear there was contact on Dessers before the tackle was then made.

Moreso when you consider the pedantics and minute details coupled with an obscure rule that was used to chalk off Roofe's opener at Ibrox

Johnson hits Dessers at least twice and is nowhere near the ball. Penalty and second yellow. Chance to go 1-1 v 10 men with an hour to play

Maeda wiped Cantwell out at Ibrox too and was nowhere near the ball

Both were stonewall penalties that were rapidly dismissed as opposed to the forensic inspection of Roofe's goal

These decisions are worth 10s of millions of pounds (as Clancy confirmed last season  "we know what's at stake")

If Roofe's goal stood and we went on to win and Desser gats the pen and a red and we go on to win we would currently be 2 ahead with 2 games in hand, 

Even 2 draws would mean 2 behind with 2 in hand

The margins are fine but the consequences are enormous and they have benefitted consistently for a few seasons now

It appears the SPFL/SFA aren't at all keen to release the audio, which really should be very simple and straightforward these days

Would anyone be surprise if something snide or unprofessional was said by Collum? These cunts think they're untouchable and unaccountable these days, sometimes it's the arrogance or complacency that starts the downfall.

I'd be demanding the full 90 minutes of audio, particularly anything related to the "arrangement" with Sky to introduce the offside narrative a significant time after the event

It's a fucking red neck to Sky as well. Never seen a game in the EPL or Champions Legaue where the half time panel are genuinely baffled and all in agreement and can't understand what has happened.

Usually there is some sort of counter balance (even if incorrect) but even Lennon admitted if that had happened to him he would have lost the plot.

Said at the time the ball went out first before swinging back in and every replay I’ve seen only confirms this.

Don't know who the linesman was but he was negligent at best.

To be honest, the whole handling from start to finish needs independent review, the stench is overwhelming.

The Sky panel look to have been given the go ahead by their producers prior to halftime to highlight & focus on the incident.  
 

Get the impression Sky at odds with the communications between VAR team and themselves as they pay a decent wedge to be fully, promptly & accurately informed of any noteable incidents.

The more I think about everything that surrounded this game the angrier I am getting.

 

Why was nothing made of the challenge on Dessers?

 

Was there any VAR check carried out to confirm the ball hadn’t left play for their goal?

 

Why was O’Rielly allowed to reenter / remain on the pitch when he was still bleeding following the first injury?

 

Why was O’Reilly allowed to reenter / remain on the pitch with blood on his shirt after receiving treatment for the second impact?
 

Also throw into the mix why isn’t the book being thrown at them for refusing to give us any tickets when they had been taken tribunal and told they had to?

Whole thing stinks and is a direct result of years of getting their narrative out and people in positions to push their side.

 

If the handball incident is the one we can “get” them on it needs to be pursued as aggressively as possible as a first step to ensuring there balance going forward.
