The whole club from the top down have accepted this is now our place in the hierarchy of Scottish football and there's zero appetite to change it.

Aye well they can stick it up their fucking arse if that's the case and get out.

Since Gerrard left they've likely spent (and brought in) £100 million+ on their squad and had a free run at Champions League money meanwhile we're discussing sacking our manager months into the season for the 3rd successive year. Gaps bigger than ever and right now it seems like no one has a plan on how to even begin addressing it. We could bring in another manager, sort the tactics out and get the odd result against them or win the odd cup but there's deeper rooted problems that need fixed first.

H&H will do fuck all to mobilise any sort of protest despite being in prime position to do so. They have the reach, they have the following, they could easily get something tangible going that no individual or small group of fans could.

Same with the UB to a lesser extent.

But neither will and the support is split into so many fragments there’s zero pressure on that board to get to fuck.

Plus, cushty wee positions in the press conferences for Edgar et Al. Of course they won’t.

Someone mentioned that the UB might be reluctant to say anything or protest, because they've got their new singing section all tied up.

The board have got them by the balls, and will likely ban them/deny their move should they "act out of line".

Dunno, maybe a mad conspiracy but makes some sort of sense.

I blame the board the board they pick the manager dud after dud then either empty the bank or don't back managers

It's time for change start with the very top and work downwards

I said this before after Wilson left and a lot of people didn't think getting a new DoF was important - we need to stop putting our managers in control of everyone we sign and then tearing everything up after we sack them.

We need to build a structure and a way of playing and recruit for that and bring in a manager to play in that way.

We just sign a random assortment of players and then when a new manager comes in have to try and replace them all.
