Gaps bigger than ever and right now it seems like no one has a plan on how to even begin addressing it. We could bring in another manager, sort the tactics out and get the odd result against them or win the odd cup but there's deeper rooted problems that need fixed first. Of course they won’t. Someone mentioned that the UB might be reluctant to say anything or protest, because they've got their new singing section all tied up. The board have got them by the balls, and will likely ban them/deny their move should they "act out of line". Dunno, maybe a mad conspiracy but makes some sort of sense. We need to build a structure and a way of playing and recruit for that and bring in a manager to play in that way.
