Natural leader as well. Driving his team mates forward. Telling them to keep the head.

Even when going off he was only interested in the team keeping it going.

Fingers crossed it’s just cramp and he can join his hero in preseason

Totally agree mate, even when Alves scored he was dishing out orders! Defo captain material it's just keeping him fit

Gerrard May make him captain so he can translate his instructions to the team. That Scouse accent can be tough and Rossiter has had a year to learn the local lingo

His ability and maturity gets lost in the he’s never fit, so he’s shite argument.

He’s a very, very good player and bossed their midfield, which is probably the best in the league. I honestly hope he’s fit enough to play 80-90% of our games next year.

Yep, and too often at times it was him against Mcgeoch and mcginn and he still fought his corner well.

Difficult when like others in blue he gets red card challenges against him on a weekly basis that aren't properly punished.

Aye he couldn’t do it all himself but they 2 didn’t have a sniff till he went off then the tables turned in the middle and as they say, games are won and lost in the middle

Bossed it until he got took off.

My old man said tv said it was precautionary? Hopefully it is he’s a great player and what we missed all season

Radio said it was cramp. Which is obviously to be expected from him getting thrown on to a high tempo game after missing so much football.
