GOAT 30,449
4-0 up and he and he has the chance to either move Halliday into the middle or straight swap for Wallace and give him some game time, instead he brings on a 17 year old and gives him the game time instead. Perfect time for me to give Wallace half an hour and he chose not too.
Broxi 11,484
Grezda and Rossiter also needed game time, true he could have got on before Kelly but Wallace is more likely to be chosen in a bigger game than Kelly. It’s not the best sign but I don’t think it’s a definite no Bobby Hume and WATP-FOREVER
scottyc06 6,915
Strange one considering he played for the reserves and by all accounts got a good write up, so he’s clearly fit!
WilliamMunny 3,237
Possibly, and also Halliday was playing well and it made sense for him to continue there and become more comfortable with that position for future games

RDFM 3,809
Why wouldn’t he bring on a youngster and 4-0 and give him a taste of first team football? Lee Wallace’s Rangers career probably is over, but the fact he wasn’t substituted on tonight isn’t an indicator of that. terry739, Zappa6995, dougie76 and 1 other

BlueKnight87 17,286
Halliday and Middleton were working great tonight with each other. It made more sense to keep them on and give young kelly some 1st team experience. Wallace will be used at some point in the season. But I reckon it will be the odd game or 2. I agree with this. It's a reward for a youngster who has obviously been working hard and it should inspire the other young players. Who gives a fuck about the clubs 5th best left back? Wallace will see his contract out for easy money, as is his right I suppose. He had a good season in the Championship. That's it. Awful defender, horribly one footed and awkward on the ball, one paced, lacks agility and his leadership skills appear to be non-existent. Never raised his head, on the field or off it, to defend a teammate or the club. Head bowed all the time. Atrocious captain. graeme_4, BlueDevil and docspiderman

stewaj3 1,446
Wallace is definitely done. We've started 3 other lbs ahead of him this season. How many 4th choice left backs do you know who have done well at a club.
BlearyEyedBear 4,148
Hopefully we can punt him in January but I doubt it, unless we pay off the remainder of his contract.
