Happy but cautious is how I am looking at things as we have been dragged through the wringer as far as managers have been concerned this last decade or so. Not since Walter have we had a consistent successful presence in this extremely important position. Hopeful that Gio is the man for us and gets all the support from the board to make this a genuinely prosperous appointment for our club. A brilliant player for us and successful at whatever club he moved to .... so hopefully he has the qualities he showed as a player transported to this new position and is just as successful.
