Most of it was honest and to the point but no way is the game over at 3-1

They scored two in twenty minutes and are six places below us in the league

Ideally we would not concede like last year and maybe one would be good enough

but we need to be a lot more lethal at the other end as well

For those still raging- I would say watch the whole interview and put those snippets in context.  What he speaks about is bang on. He says fuck all wrong.

he is however building a house in the East Midlands

I have never heard of anyone, anywhere thinking the game is over at 3-1 with 45 minutes still to go.  The other thing is that two goals takes you into extra time to go on and win the game.

There's fuck all wrong with the vice captain of Rangers saying the game's over at half time when we're only 2 goals down?

So you’re happy for Rangers players to think a game is over with a two goal deficit and 45 minutes of football?

There is something wrong with him saying that. 100% But is that all he is being called out for here? Far from it. People picking things out and making them out to be worse to drive an agenda. He said "We've lost a bit of hunger. Win one title and we think that's enough" which is what many on here have said. He's identified areas that we've been complacent and and needs to improve and people have took that and ran with it in the wrong direction. I'm not sure him saying the game was over (which was daft and wrong) deserves him being called some of the stuff he's been called on here and resulting in our fans wanting to boo his every touch and tear up his contract. That's called an overreaction.

Fuck up.

A retrospective look back at a horrendous match in which we played shite.
that’s the context

did you want him to say. “We were brilliant first half the game wasn’t over we had it all to play for it was only two goals ” because in context we were playing shite in the first half and that continued after half time.

context after playing 90 mins.  Perhaps if he was interviewed at half time he’d have said something different

He'd have been better saying Alfie has turned into a fat lazy disinterested non-trier and that Barasic needs to grow a set.

Not exactly a surprise was it hat they have been resting to their laurels all season but as you say one for the dressing room!

I still can't understand why he's stood there and came out with these comments. If he thought the game was over at half time then he should never wear a Rangers shirt again!! Also he's thrown others under the bus by saying there was players not doing what we worked on in training in the lead up to this game?? Maybe he should look at his own performance as he's not been doing anything that a defender should this season.

I wouldn't be surprised if his comments were to speed up his exit in January, because after that I don't want to see him anywhere near us again.

I now can’t stand the sight of him. Those comments are a joke especially from a player who had played in a game where we were 2-0 down with 20 minutes to go.

If anyone’s hunger and desire has gone it’s his

So is he talking about himself losing his hunger or throwing team mates under a bus?

Goldson absolutely cannot criticise anybody in that squad for losing hunger when he won't sign a new contract and is clear he wants away at the first opportunity.

Genuinely can't stand the sight of him.

How many players in our current squad do you think after playing brilliant in a season would want to go to the premier League at the first opportunity?

He was referring to the whole squad. Did you think before that game some of the squad had lost the hunger? Weren't as focused as the previous season?

Just to confirm, Connor Goldson is saying that this squad has less belief than a team containing Jordon Rossiter, Jason Holt, Josh Windass and Bruno Alves.

And some fans think this is ok

What fans think that's ok? Genuinely interested to see one fan on here who thinks it was ok him saying the game was over at half time.
