I want Gio gone but our players aren't trying, it's been thrown at them a couple of times this season but that's the stats from tonight after that shite on Saturday. Ultimately Ross Wilson is responsible for this, our board of directors are too but unless there's major change we're stuck with them.

Exactly, we had the least possession and what, we're sitting back in position trying not to let them score? Can't understand it at all, maybe it's Gio's coaching, maybe we're less fit or maybe the players have given up but something is completely broken

It's the manager. The tactics, the coaching, the team morale, the hunger. These are all things that a successful manager implements. We have went backwards in each and every area.

The players aren’t without their blame but you are right, the manager picks those players, tells them how to play, makes the subs.

Get a new manager and pick players on merit and that suit the system the manager wants to play and you get a turnaround.

Gio said about sticking to our beliefs, what exactly are those? Lazily move sideways when defending, not marking players, playing zonal defending at set pieces shipping goals right left and centre, when attacking have slow, overly conservative, take an extra touch, make an extra pass, sideways passing before crossing to one player in the box.

Get him gone, ideally take a number of players, Ross Wilson, Robertson and the rest of the board with you.

Agree but it's Wilson that brought him and the coaching team in. 2 years ago we looked solid at defending corners, every single corner now is fear. The signings we've made have been piss poor too

Watching the other group game tonight and while those teams and players are way better than us, the thing that strikes me is how few backwards passes there are. Almost ever phase of possession is aggressive and trying to get a player on the end of a ball or a player who turns and runs with the ball. It's the opposite of our philosophy under Van Bronkhurst.

Wilson should be given his P45 along with the coaching team. Both are culpable.

We lost a terrible first goal,  unchallenged free header AGAIN,  but if we had a player on the post, he clears it easily,  imo,  Rangers are not alone, I cant believe the amount of teams including those at the very top who dont cover the posts while defending corners,  as a former goalkeeper (not very good lol) I always wanted the posts covered while defending corners as did all teams until not so long ago
