Wouldn't be fair for us to say to them no tickets and not to travel and then us get away tickets. Why not? There is a good reason for them not to be able to attend at Ibrox. There is no good reason not for Rangers fans not to be able to get in their stadium. 2 wrongs don't make a right. Can guarantee the club rolled over and took the path of least resistance though, with not a fuck given for those who spent hundreds on travel and accommodation. Does anyone really believe loads of Napoli fans would be kicking up a stink if we were allowed to their ground in 6 weeks? I doubt they'd care. A decision that didn't need to be taken. Hundreds, If not thousands of fans will still travel anyway, so they can either have hundreds/thousands of Rangers fans in the home end and the security risk that will present, or they can open up an area. falkirkNS

Flights home booked for Tue game. Has anyone seen a valid explanation yet as to why it has been put back 24hrs? We are in the midst of the biggest security operation the country has ever seen. There are apparently police snipers out in Edinburgh and the SAS are meant to have been pre-deployed to London according to the papers today. Queen will still be lying in state in Edinburgh until Tuesday and the policing response for crowds required is huge. Add to that an away support known for being violent on top of resources needed for the usual 50,000 people going to a football match. Putting the game back seems pretty sensible. billscott, Inigo, AlbertzLoyalRSC and 2 others
AGM_72 3,714
Shite for Napoli fans, from a selfish point of view after the farce of the MyGers 3 match package on Friday am just happy to get a chance at a ticket again. Shite for those who've booked up to go over there too. Hope the place is rocking and we can kick start our season. The Queen is lying at St Giles until 5pm on Tue, there is no way the police could be back at Glasgow for circa 6pm when turnstiles open. Those without a ticket can soak up the atmosphere all day with fellow bears then watch the game in a decent boozer. The city is full of them.
