If I wanted a fulback to run backwards for 90' I would've typed Barisic

This is so not true mate, and I wish people would stop saying it. Barisic keeps possession. If that means passing it backward sometimes, then fine. Watch someone like Andy Robertson, and he does likewise.

Barisic puts in numerous teasing deliveries every time he plays.

Would love to see us winning with a bit of style, won't hold my breath, but a win is vital, we are right back in this, start of the season the reptiles were battering the shite in our league, then having a week off, while we were playing qualification matches, now they are playing midweek as well, you can see it's catching up with them, calm heads, we are right in this.Ā

But are you basing that on the Liverpool game? Most of the team were decent against hearts. We need to build some momentum which is difficult in the league when we're going a game then going into Europe and getting scudded.

We really werenā€™t decent vs Hearts, we were dreadful in the second half with them already down to 10. Good result, 4 goals but it was the same eye bleeding, slow tempo garbage. Weā€™ve been woeful all season and papering over cracks.Ā

Wrong Mo, Jon. Sheā€™s back in it I think :lol:Ā

Did he?Ā
Ā

Is he? Was the worse of the on Tuesday and youā€™d think he was the 18 year old with little experience with the moronic foul he gave away

Not trying to belittle King, as thereā€™s a future there, but Davies has to be ahead of him.

King also dangled a leg and gave away a pen.Ā

Massive run of games now. Would like to see Matondo on his more favoured left wing. And try Kent central or right.
Ā

They have 4 in 5 away games and struggling having to play mid week. looks like Mcregor could be out for some time + CCV is injured. They are far worse without them and expect them to drop points in a few of those games.Ā

Doesn'tĀ  matter too much what they do, this Rangers side hasn't got the hunger, bottle or quality to capitalise on it. For every point they drop, we will do likewise.

You know my feelings on Kent, I'd play any cunt from any position rather than him, but he won't be dropped no matter how shite he is.

yeh heā€™s been rotten and miles off it. But if weā€™re going to win the league feel like Gio needs to get him firing at his best. So maybe worth trying to see what he can do centrally or even linking with Tav. Heā€™s still probably our only winger capable of producing 10 goals and 9 assists like he did in 55.Ā

I honestly think youā€™d get more out of Sakala, Matondo or Wright if you played them every week - even though heā€™s a better player.Ā

absolutely depressing times to be picking lineups. Tillman doesn't deserve to start, Arfield is well past it, but there are literally no other options for creative, offensively minded midfielders. Take the reins off and let our fullbacks be fullbacks again. Alfie can drop back and help link midfield and forwards. Add this to the list of things we'll never see.

3 centre backs at home to St Mirren epitomises depressing times.

Win and hopefully win well but thereā€™s a few things Iā€™d like to see, would like to see if Yilmaz is still alive and well and on a football park, no like weā€™ve payed best part of Ā£5M for him. Would like to see Matondo on the left and Sakala on the right, say what you want about Sakala but heā€™s always positive and is always trying things. Also would like to see Tillman play centrally, think thatā€™s where heā€™s best and games like this will suit him, not surprised heā€™s been sub par in the bigger games, boys barley played 50 senior games, believe heā€™ll get better though.Ā

St Mirren have conceded 9 goals in 8 games. Weā€™ll get the usual moans but any win is a good win.

Problem with the fickleness of some is if we win 4-0 it will be but itā€™s only St Mirren, if we win 1-0 then meltdown about scraping it against St Mirren.

IMO 3 points is the priority, followed by performance, clean sheet and no injuries these others can change depending upon the opponent, home or away etc.

Could win 4-0 n people would still be greeting about the style of play
