Genuinely don’t see why mate. Obviously not atm because those players mentioned have all been utter shite this season so far, but don’t see why 10-15 million is out of the question for players below 30 just because they’re in Scotland

Aribo 6 million and Armstrong the two biggest fees.

Kamara might go for 8-9 million as doing well internationally but Kent and Morelos no chance.

Kent has got an undisclosed fee to Sunderland, Charlton, Blackburn etc etc feel about him.

Getting the best out of senior players who are underperforming.

 A creative midfielder and a right winger. Nothing new there.

Looking for a keeper instead of waiting until the summer should be considered.

Giving serious consideration to Lowry, McCann & Lovelace.

Getting to the root problem of why we have so many injuries. It can't all be down to bad luck.

Hopefully, improved fitness levels should have started a few hours ago.

To try and get a tune out of a squad that’s well past it’s best until the end of the season, then rebuild. If we were to win anything this season it would be a bonus.

Would happily have an entire new eleven. But if we’re to replace 9 starting players on a shoe string budget it would be a miracle if we win the league next year. Our hit rate as about 1 in 3 at best. The chances of finding guys like kamara, Morelos, Kent on free is just so low. 
 

If he can get the guys back to their best that have proven they can play at title winning level. Then it leaves him with a tough but manageable task of finding 3-4 quality players to improve us. Maybe with a budget of 10-15 million if we’re lucky from the board.
 

If we go with the approach of signing 8-9 players and needing them to be first team ready that’s a massive gamble.

We just can’t afford to lose the league again next year.
