Things in football can change quickly, but at the moment i feel like we are still years away from being anywhere close to a constantly successful team. 
 

Whoever comes in needs to be thinking long term from the off. Anyone unlikely to be in contention for a starting 11 spot next season should be dropped completely.

The winning team of 90’s had 8,9,10 players in the squad that you knew would give their all and fight for the team, and give it verbals to any player underperforming to make them raise their game. Lesser players were made to give their all, nothing else would have been acceptable. 
Not one of the outfield players tonight would have lasted long back then, sadly it’s become the norm for this squad to put in no effort and not care.

Having a ready made replacement for years to come and punting him for the first half decent offer because we wouldn’t drop Tav is typical Rangers though. That armband has made him untouchable for too long.
