Cba making or finding a  thread but apparently matondo out for 3 months anaw

Said this in the match thread, Matondo went down, the only player who went over to him was Hatate, he signalled to Hatate that he pulled something, yet we keep him on for another 15+ minutes, then wonder why the fuck our injury record is horrifying, has anyone ever pulled up with a hamstring injury and played on? Those type of injuries are always game enders.

So fucking sick of how much shit our board / directors / management think they can get away with. It should have been so fucking obvious to them that:

- Dessers will get goals but is ultimately not good enough to be our no. 9 (and also not helped by the fact he is being majorly overplayed since last December)

- Danillo was recovering from a major injury and it is fairly common for players in that situation to suffer setbacks / pick up other niggles and injuries as they recover

- Iganame wasn’t even able to train with the first team and needed to adjust to the intensity of play (can pretty much guarantee he is going to get injuries this season as he adjusts)

Even giving them the maximum benefit of the doubt that this follow up op has come completely out of the blue it is negligent that we have gone into the season with that as our options up front.

From a commercial point of view the clubs being run negligently now , the Medical teams basically fucked a £6,000,000 asset and now the managers fucked matondo as well

What makes it worse was that he was a doubt for the old firm game because of his hamstring yet we play him in a game which always starts with unbelievable high intensity.

There's no logical thought process that goes into our decision making, Cerny isn't fit enough to start a must win Champions League qualifier, but a winger with a suspect hamstring is considered fit enough to start an Old Firm, and even after he pulls said hamstring, we still leave him on for another 15 minutes, make it make sense.

Between that, the stadium, losing once-valuable players for peanuts, over-committing to contracts for duds, seemingly endless settlements, and pay-offs for underqualified idiots like Beale, we've probably pissed enough money up the wall to put two squads together capable of beating the scum.

Rangers just now is like that family member where you love them but you know you need to see a bit less of them for a bit for your own sanity……….only that’s not a fucking option is it?

Much more bad luck/incompetence do we need to endure? - every other day it’s another shit show…..self inflicted, shit show more often than not.

He cannot go into the European squad until after the league phase is over in January which is over 4 months away.

The likelihood is we have so few home grown/Scottish players that we wouldn't have been able to fit the likes of Igmane in it if we had left Danilo in too.

So it was either keep Danilo in and have no backup striker at all, or drop him for Igmane.

Wouldn’t lose sleep over how we’ll do in the knockout stage of the Europa tbh.

Like worrying over how you would spend a huge lottery win - and just as likely.

It was more the way they suggested he would be back shortly as well as being named in the UEFA list without stating that it would be Feb at the earliest when he could play now in Europe.
