I don’t think this Lyon side are all that great. We find our proper level and we could win this

Lundstram is a lazy bastard btw, it’s like he has the mindset of a player that’s still playing for Sheffield United

If Lundstum is a lazy bastard what are Davis and Kamara

Gerrard needs to get his wee safe picks to fuck. Really poor performance so far considering this lyon team dont look anything particularly special.

Our midfield has no creativity whatsoever. And our front three arent working hard enough. We need changes at half time not midway through the second half when we go another goal behind.

We need a midfield to unlock the oppositions defence

Davis/Kamara/Lundstrum - Davis is the only one to get pass marks and even then he's not been brilliant

We actually need our creative players to unlock the defence.. Davis/Kamara/Lundstram have done their jobs more or less.

The lack of belief we have attacking is really worrying. You just don't feel like we'll score just now.

Kent seems to have lost that pace and sharpness which he had last season. Don't know what's up with him. Borna is the same.

im more worried about Borna.

Well frustrating.

A silly mistake from Kent and laziness from Lundstram - we concede a worldie.

Apart from that it's been very even with the game going in ebbs and flows for both teams.

Laziness from lundstram? He tracked the goalscorer while our right back was nowhere to be seen, and Kent who gave the ball away simply jogged back to our goal

I think tonight shows we struggle badly when Kent and Alfie aren’t firing.

Borna is having a bit of a nightmare.

Lucky to be down 1.

I’d imagine the later stages will be tailor made for Sakala.

A tad harsh on Alfie. He’s working hard without much support.
