McGregor; Tavernier, Goldson, Bassey, Barisic*; Arfield, Kamara, Aribo; Sakala, Morelos, Kent

*If Barisic is still ill, play Patterson at left back and keep Simpson as far from the first 11 as possible.

Got such a fear we’re gonna have an injury crisis where Simpson has to play against the scum.

We could move Bassey back to LB  and play a training cone at CB and I would still expect to win comfortably

Don’t think Patterson has done anything to warrant replacing Tav tbh mate

The boy has barely been given a run of games to prove himself.

A rusty Patterson plays against our toughest opponent all season in France and because he is not outstanding he doesn't deserve another chance?. He held his own.

He only 33 not really that old to be playing here and he's looked better with more game time.

3 games is a lot to ask of any player in a week. I was surprised we didn't see Bacuna and Lunstram at some stage last night. Arfield, Kamara & Aribo are being stretched. Still, one more game then 8 days off.

As it is Tav doesn’t deserve to be dropped for him.

He doesn't? Now that his attacking duties have been mostly curbed in the new system, he is offering very little to the game. He made two good sliding tackles last night and got skinned three other times. His attacking ventures are never in question but his defensive duties always are.
