The good thing about this is that it's come in the same week they trashed the city centre, so the double standards and narrative are as clear as day for everyone to see.

If it goes without a hitch at home then we have them bang to rights .

We can legitimately refer them back to Saturday and when the whataboutery starts the civic pride  theme is ours alone given the state they've let this city fall into and their lack of condemnation for the vandalism, inconvenience and chaos Saturday caused .

A checkmate if you like 👍

No flower beds were destroyed during the well mannered celebrations at the weekend. Just hope our boys don't let us down.

See its been reported that one of our fans have been injured after being attacked

The National Police has arrested five fans of the German Eintracht Frankfurt for riots and attacks on fans of the Scottish Glasgow Rangers in a massive fight that took place at midnight on Monday in front of the Cathedral of Seville, city that hosts this Wednesday the final of the Europa League between both teams.

The events, as reported by the Police in a statement, took place when a group of 200 Eintracht fans assaulted Rangers fans in the area surrounding the Cathedral and police officers who were in the Plaza de San Francisco, about 100 meters away, intervened to end the fight.

Upon noticing the rapid arrival of the National Police Units, the German fans fled towards Paseo Colón, parallel to the Guadalquivir River, and beat the Glasgow Rangers supporters on the run and confronted the police officers who were trying to prevent the attack on the Scottish supporters.

Clashes with the police

At this time, the German fans began to throw glass, flares and tables at the police officers and, when they reached about 100 meters from the bars located on paseo de Colón with Adriano Street, the police had arranged containment lines and managed to neutralize the incident in this way, firing some salvos.

The place of these events is the same in which there was a confrontation between fans of Eintracht and English West Ham last March, when these teams faced respectively Real Betis and Sevilla in the knockout stages of the Europa League. As a result of these incidents there are no serious injuries, except for a Scottish follower with a bruise on his head.

We see it. Other people see what they want to see, there is no such thing as objectivity in modern day Scotland.

We have become so polarised, the events of 2012/2014 poisoned the water's indefinitely, it's a divided society.

The social/political parallels with 1960s Ulster would make your toes curl.

If only Frankfurt sent out videos of past players telling their fans to behave :pipe:

They're marching around the city looking for a fight and every time they find a small amount of our support they go in and then shite it and run off.
