It's not really. Maybe out in the sticks in mid, west and north Wales it's stuck in 1982 but South Wales and especially Cardiff is a great place.

Maybe the Welsh could learn from the Scots and actually have a referendum to prove your theory but the Welsh government are shit scared to do that incase the majority of their people aren't as pro British as you are making them out to be.
