The Hammer 11 2,869
Might as well enjoy the second Dutch revolution and have a poll about our best Dutchman to play for Rangers

Would have been Mols bar the freak injury I suspect. This 💯. Exact same. Numan really took to our culture. Stayed here for a while after he left too and was just so consistent. Mols was just incredible. Had everything and would have broken records. Woulda surpassed their no.7 at the time and would have went to the very top. Sounds really gay but he had an infectious smile when he scored. Kinda like Ronaldinho where he just loved playing and it showed. Still to this day never seen a player for us who could turn with a ball as well. scottyscott1963, graeme_4, RS4_wul and 5 others

Was finished before he came to us but somehow we got so much out of him. Hardly trained due to his injuries. Imagine how better he woulda been if he did. Spectre 1,663
Voted De Boer (so someone that thinks they voted for him has made a mistake) but nothing between him and Numan

16BlueSherbert90 19,656
Genuinely stuck between Numan and Ronald De Boer. Loved Mols in his day as well. I voted Numan though 😊 Malkytfp1
BearInTheToon 1,606
In terms of the best form/highest level we ever had from a Dutchman, it has to be Mols for me. Pre-injury, he was pretty much world class (in the Champions League as well) and was genuinely on course to be up there with Laudrup and Gazza as best ever to play for us/in Scotland. I remember being fully devastated when get got injured. Loved Numan and De Boer, both of whom had great spells of form. But neither hit the unplayable level that Mols did. hammer93 15,485
RDB for me, he was on a different level when he was on song....Mols pre injury was also frightening
bluenose48 979
Voted for Ronald as much as he was past his best when he came to us but some of his slide rule passing was just magic. graeme_4, magic8ball and 16BlueSherbert90
Willis 20,919
I've told the story before of wanting Van Bronckhorst on the back of my top as a boy and my dad trying to discourage me (cause they charged by the letter) and him telling me about this new player called Mols and I should get his name instead turned out Van Bronckhorst didn't fit on a kids top. So I got Mols Turned out well tho, I think he's probably the most talented Dutchman to play for us that I can remember scottyscott1963, RS4_wul, HalifaxBear and 1 other
falkirkNS 6,298
Tough wan. Moll would've gone onto a major Premier league club after 1 season I reckon, up until that injury he was unstoppable Will we ever see the likes again? 4 or 5 Dutch Internationals playing for us at any 1 time. Bakbear 3,586
I love the Michael Mols stuff. The guy was absolutely brilliant for us before that injury. Of that there is no question, but ….. He was almost 29 when he signed for us and played only 19 games before the injury. Granted I think he would have made a big difference to Rangers if he hadn’t got injured and it’s almost sacrilegious to point this out among Rangers supporters. It is unlikely he would be “going on to the very top” or been considered world class. Numan got my vote with RDB slightly behind as we got him past his prime. 16BlueSherbert90 and TheKingObv

My Fathers Scarf 1,144
Ronald for me but would have been mols but for that injury.
G.E.C. 19,594
De Boer is still the best player I’ve ever seen for us. The 4-1 game at Tannadice on a sandy pitch was one of the best individual performances out there. Negri's lovechild and Garnock Blue

DiamondDan 2,386
GVB was the best player in his couple of years. RDB was a better player in his day but Rangers never got to see the best of him. Numan was tremendous, Mols would have been.
BlueKnight87 17,899
Tough one was split between RDB and Numan. RDB edges it for me. On his day he was incredible.
Moody Blue 10,052
I voted RDB but could have gone for Numan, actually think we got more value for the latter but, even with dodgy knees, RDB was absolute class.
