Out of 50,000, how many folk do you think have drugs on them at the game and how many do you think are actually taking them, while at the game?

How much is this ‘significant amount of money’ that we couldn’t get from other supporters?

Around 37k.

As long as the club are seen to act by conducting their own Inquiry into it and not be browbeaten into it by a bunch of arsehole politicians and police who thus far have failed to condemn previous incidents or demand/ expect action.

The sheer thuggery in recent years against our supporters has went unchecked you can go back 15 years or more.

So idiotic acts like Sunday whilst totally unjustified may just have those implications of the last few years given what passes for dealing with anti social behaviour and downright thuggery ,imo resentment at the inaction has been simmering for years and the politicians and police have allowed this to happen.

They are quick to the cameras in their condemnations but quickly on the defensive like Plod on Mondays Scotland Today news claiming random searches are/were  carried out on a regular basis.

Last time I was searched at Ibrox was at least 10-15 years ago as I had a trip into town to buy clothing before the match since then I've went from Govan Front to The CD and barely recall a search on supporters.

Take the attitude of plod it appears they work on numbers equals cash scenario !

Aren't they supposed to be visible in being that deterrent it would appear it's an extra resource in their mindset !

The recent skirmishes inside at a couple of euro ties would've been preventable had they been in the segregation areas instead of stewards but that appears to come at a price now yet in any given matchday they aren't at the turnstiles to any effect like Sunday, two vans full of coppers at the JG statue end of the stadium yet there appeared to be 2 lines of two between GF1 &  BR quite a contrast from the visiting Euro fans who caused trouble three times this season alone .

More than likely some steaming idiot who's not a regular that would do that, more so than a season ticket holder imo.

Exactly. Some mongo bastard steamin out their box. Its like euro nights you always seem to get wallapers there. Nothing you can do about it unfortunately, the human is a tough animal to predict 100% of the time.

How do they get the tickets for the league games, if they aren't the ones going week in week out?

European nights you could at least say they got them in a public sale, although not even sure if we have released any to the public the last few matches.

But as much as it is unacceptable behaviour, where was the outrage when Barry Mckay was getting numerous stuff thrown at him?

As soon as your argument level lowers itself to "whataboutery", then you no longer have an argument.

Difficult that though when our msm and politicians only ever really have any comment when they get to put the boot into us.

Our club apologise and ban where others evidently do neither in similar circumstances.

It being whataboutery doesn't make it wrong. And when talking about CSA Class Action and Harry Dunn's name is thrown at us it seems selective whataboutery is OK.

One thing that did make me laugh at the time was Joe Harts reaction to it all.

He literally ran around the pitch telling everyone that would listen about this attempt that had been made on his life and nobody seemed to give him the reaction he wanted so he kept going. He told Collum, he told the linesman, he told security, he told the cleaners, he ran half the pitch to tell Ange, he turned and told Gio, he told Tav, he started heading back to tell any cleaners that hadn’t heard and on his way back told Ryan Jack

His face the entire time was just like “can you believe I nearly died”

Big Joe Knew 😃

Firstly, Absolute scumbags throwing glass on the pitch and need lifetime bans from Ibrox.

But the Scottish media narrative is typical...

"First Minister Nicola Sturgeon condemmed the actions of the Rangers supporters as mindless, thuggish behaviour"....

"...Three men were also arrested over vandalism before the game. The men aged 18, 22, and 25 were arrested after officers were called around 02:45 Sunday Morning after a large group was seen at the stadium and different areas were vandalised" .

Not one mention of who the "three men" or "large group" are affiliated with. Funny that.

Lucky the groundstaff were able to get the shutters open they bastards tried to glue shut. Deliberately restricting entrances/exits and putting thousands at risk with that shite.... but that's no big deal I guess.
