Nk89 1,289
He knew Southgate was there today n seems like he shat it, thought he was poor today, wants too much time on ball... Penalties aren't his strong point, fs hasn't even dived the right way for one yet I don't think HG5 and BlueAvenger
VanVeenRangers 2,544
I think he's been dodgy recently but still made great saves today. However Southgate won't have been impressed. HG5 and BlueAvenger
Popular Post five stars 1,634
He's a great keeper and had a couple of great saves today. Maybe I'm expecting to much, but i think McGregor saves that 3rd goal with his feet. HG5, TheBluebells, GA1972 and 2 others

Blacky Bear 882
He's not had a good Old Firm experience so far. His predecessor were defined by them and excelled. graeme_4, MacBoyd and HG5
Ibroxholm 2,280
Think he’s a good solid goalkeeper, reminds me quite a bit of Chris Woods. Don’t think he’s as good a shot stopper as either Goram or McGregor though. HG5

SIRB_72 4,002
Only issue I have with Butland today was the third goal and he wasnt the only one for that third goal. The first pings of maeda so fast its hard to react, the second was a penalty and he made 2/3 big stops to stop it going to 3.
psb07158 33,425
When I saw it live at the game I thought he was poor for the 3rd but having seen it back it's very close to him and comes through Sterling's legs so he sees it late. Annoyingly, their keeper would have saved that because he tends to stay up and uses his legs a lot more whereas Butland is a different style
HG5 11,154
There must be a reason why, in a 13 year career, he’s played only around 90 games in the Premier League. And was, basically, warming benches for 3 years prior to joining us.

superallysbears 7,663
Prime shagger would have saved a few of the penalties Jack has faced this season, I understand why standing behind the line might seem beneficial but i personally think it hampers a goalkeeper, I still wouldn't swap Jack for anyone else because I don't think we could find better. And not the overall performance, him being nervous etc. I'd appreciate if Southgate just watched videos n didn't put our keeper under such pressure 😂
