I think as well you can see the benefits of Philippe having time at the training camp, its subtle in some ways but there are definate changes to the style of play. I just want to see a bit more shooting from Cantwell/whoevers in that role and a bit more composure in the box - a new striker might bring that. But the signs are very promising.

Cant remember what way it went but we had something similar against motherwell. the distance between the lines will always look closer further from the camera which makes it look like it doesnt line through.

Easy to take a less biased view when you get a comfortable victory anyway...

They'll keep the cheating un the bank for when its closer. cant be too obvious!

They won't be parallel due to the perspective of the camera.

That won’t stop them being parallel.

The lines are effectively touching on the far side whereas there is a clear margin on the near side.

The lines are not parallel.

Not in the slightest surprised especially after the ridiculous reluctance to book professional fouls against our players.

Liked Silva coming deeper for the ball in the first half, looked a bit knackered early on in the 2nd though.

Couple edgy moments in the first 15/20, one in particular from a corner from us.

Would be worth keeping an extra man back when we have a corner, looks like the most likely times we are going to concede.

That's horrible mate. Our little dog is 3 in a couple of weeks and hopefully still has a lot of years left in her but we will be totally bereft when we lose her eventually.

Great result in what could’ve been a tricky game. We were too wasteful in the first half despite being 2-0 up. Ybjihjy Cantwell was anonymous up until his goal and it was a good one at that. Key difference in second half was Sterling over Raskin. Pressed all over and his passing was progressive and quality.
Seen flashes from Silva that I liked specially first half. Think he will play in 2 or 3 position but I think he will do well.

Great 3 points. Sterling is so much better than Raskin.

Willing to give Raskin benefit of doubt.

Only really had a consistent run of games under Beale.

Hopefully will improve the more he plays under Clement.

Sterling has looked quality in cm though, so won’t be surprised if he keeps him out the team.

They don't manually draw the lines, the system does. They will never be parallel unless they are on top of each other.
