Did more in 15 minutes than O’Donnell did in 75.

True but he also fucked up 2 great opportunities.

That said, I’d agree with you that Mr Safetyfirst would play Naeneck over our boy.

He’s bound to go for the flasher’s experience over NP’s potential.

Sky journalist asked Steve Clarke about it, He gave him a death stare whilst trying to contain his rage before saying something like not wanting to apportion blame and how he’d have caught it had he stayed on his line but he was high up the pitch trying to help his defence by sweeping up.

He was so far off his line you’d fancy Schick to have beaten him in a one on one before he’d ever gotten set from backpedaling.

I thought the writing was on the wall at the weekend when he said we don't have to win this game .

Comes from the same stock as shitebag Craig Brown, treat every game as if you are playing Brazil, accept a draw, play not lose and hope to get jammy and sneak a winning goal.

Wonderful philosophy,  the Largs academy shite has a lot to answer for, Jose is the only successful one to come out of that waste of money

Correct , exactly like Craig Brown .

Absolutely mental when you consider that there's a good chance you'll make it through by just winning one game , and that was arguably the easiest of the three .

Add in the feel good factor of starting the competition and not when players heads are down after getting humped the first two games .

Did any of you who don’t support Scotland now who were born here used to support the national team until the SFA started their shite against us (Rangers) 2011/12 and beyond? Genuinely curious.

Yep, regularly went to Hampden but there was a genuine momentum shift in and around the referee's strike or maybe before where it all got very anti-Rangers all of a sudden.

Is it absolutely mental ? Goals win games , clean sheets win titles that's as true in the league as it is in Cup competitions,  whoever wins the euros will be amongst the best defensive records

Thought that it came from the coaching director who ended up manager mid 80's with roxburgh, who had brown as assistant, who became manager.
Jobs for the boys club.

But having an overly defensive team often leads to an imbalance and has the opposite effect to achieving clean sheets.
