I think it's actually a mark of the boys character as well. He was poor at the start and the whole team was rotten as well. The sort of toxic environment can chew up a lot of young loanees.

Let's hope he has more match winning performances this month.

I’m not usually one for jumping in too quickly, but Sima is a class player with potential to be a real top player. His work ethic is particularly strong and also seems very modest, which I like a lot.

What a cracking player he is turning out to be - sometimes quick to criticise the loan model but two years in a row its brought us very key players.  Doubt we will manage to keep Sima but European football is certainly the carrot for young players like him.  Heres hoping he keeps up the form.

Love the big guy. One thing I'll say is take away the goals and I absolutely love the big mans work ethic. Never hides, always tracks back and is always willing to put in the real hard yards to help the team. Been a great signing.

His performances and goals will be turning heads which will likely price us out of any permanent deal unless a large sell on clause is inserted. Unfortunately don't see him staying here past this season but we should enjoy him whilst he is here.

I've said it before.....we look like we replaced Sakala with Sima.....so many similarities with the two players bit ultimately Sima is far more composed when it comes to scoring, the big man will end up with about 25 goals the way he is finishing.....that is roughly what we got from Sakala, Kent & Morelos last season......problem is Dessers & Lammers aren't doing anywhere near enough for the money spent.....in saying that Dessers has scored a few now with some decent finishes
