The Tarriers have went into absolute meltdown about the referees. Bobby Madden and Nick Walsh are getting it stinking about their performance yesterday. I knew it would only be a matter of time before the blame was shifted from Big Ange and his hopeless team to the Masonic officials. You can read the fuckers like a book. GIRFUY ya useless bastards.

Shankland is absolutely fucking terrible.

I meant taking the risk of peanuts when he was scoring freely for Ayr utd, same as Nisbet at Dunfermline, I didn't say he was a superstar, we should be taking the risk on these types of players for nothing, even now and then, a Nisbet comes up trumps.

It’s easy to say we should have signed this, that and the next player after the fact but the reality is that when we were linked to Nisbet when he was at Dunfermline the reaction to it wasn’t exactly positive was it?

It is easy to say it in hindsight but in all fairness these guys need to play week in week out to develop, we’d only have punted them out on loan.

Not only that, people saying Nisbet and Shankland etc are risk free are completely wrong. When money is as tight as it is for us there are no risk free signings - every penny counts. We aren't in a position to stockpile players just in case they come good.

You can sign anyone from the SPFL Championship who has had one good season, on relatively low wages for a first teamer at Ibrox, but you are still having to pay 5k-ish a week for them over 3 or 4 years.

If they sign a four year deal you are committing a huge risk to pay someone over £1m. If they flop, they have next to no sale value. It makes getting rid of them difficult and its more than likely you either have to pay the difference on their contract so you can get them out the door to a League 1 English side or someone like Dundee, Livingston, or Motherwell.

It's the same a lot of time when we get linked with players like this. Not good enough or waste of investment etc.

In hindsight sure they are doing well now.

But in all likelihood these players would likely not get a lot of first team with us and be loaned out.

You can also count on one hand the ones that end up coming back from loans and actually staying in the first team.

There’s no way that red is getting rescinded. It’s embarrassing how many pundits don’t know the rules of the game. “He touched the ball” - so fucking what! He touched the ball with his inner thigh after going over the ball, at speed, off his feet. The days when you could boot someone into the stand as long as you touched the ball are long gone.
Just lucky Aribo got out the way.

Even better he touches the ball wae his arse. That idiotic he didn’t even make a clean contact on the ball. He’s just an overly aggressive cunt who can’t control himself on the park.

These journalists should watch it back frame by frame, Aribo is 4/5yards from the ball, he doesn’t even need to slide tackle he can just boot the ball out the park standing up. He deliberately slides thinking he’ll get to the ball first and leave something on Aribo.
