They are now in a similar position to us at the start of the season - manager they don't have confidence in with a bloated, average squad. Get rid of the manager and they have to get someone who can get a tune out of what they have got and move a lot of them on. All that takes time and money. They've pretty much had an entire generation of fans think they are untouchable then the generations before them were that damaged by the 90s and most the 00s they're completely delusional.
