Gio actually won us something, and got us to a European final, which gave him some credit in the bank, and that only lasted until November i think it was.

Beale must go now, he should also take Tavernier and Goldson, both habitual losers, remember what they have said. They are both low level players who are happy to pick up higher wages than any other club would pay. Who came in for Goldson in January? Nobody, why did this clown get a 4 year contract? These two players wanted Beale, who they can manipulate. What decent manager has one player taking all the set pieces that 90% come to nothing, other than time wasted.

Has a bizarre mix of overestimating his own ability when things go well and looking completely clueless and out his depth when things start to go wrong.

Remember when he got interviewed and he said 'theres no way we would have lost the league if we had stayed' while Gio was in charge?.  I think he believed 'the 55 season' (getting tired of writing that) was all down to his tactical genius and he doesnt have the savvy to realise that a number of stars aligned that season, including our main opponents imploding.  

Unless we act now we are going to watch some really painful interviews with him as he continues to realise he is nowhere near as good as he thought he was.

Don’t see the board pulling the trigger on him unfortunately but this only ends one way (eventually). Once you lose the support - crowds will dwindle, the Board will need to act. 

On Beale himself, I listened to some of the stuff he has been saying about the new signings. He doesn’t seem to take responsibility for their lack of success so far. He said late last year - Rangers will be unrecognizable next year as we are recruiting players for the first 11. Barisic plays today if he’s fit, so only one new outfield signing is deemed good enough to start after 4 league games in. Seems like he’s making it up as he goes along, and is taking us backwards if anything.
