Thinks he’s a lot better than he is.

future captain people call him

Remember reading the fans from his previous team when he left and the 2 most common things said about him were “ thinks he’s better than he is and” never turns up for big games”  that sums him up

Is our coaching just shite?  We don't half seem to bring in decent players, gradually turn them into puddings, and then move them on where they start playing well again (well, some of them).

I don’t know if I’ve ever really seen it with him to begin with tbh.

he’s done ok in flashes but this potential new captain and Chelsea bound midfielder hasn’t really covered himself in glory

Can't remember him having a good 90 minutes for us, shows up in flashes but puts us under pressure with his sloppy passing and failure to track the opposition. Don't think he's disciplined enough to play as a deep lying midfielder covering the defence but also don't think he's got enough about him attacking wise to play further forward or box-to-box. In saying that, can't be easy to play in a Beale side with his increasingly baffling tactics and 'style'.

We play some turgid football at times grinding out results and even when it can be 3 or 4 nil at the end the majority has been dull. Along comes what seems a half decent player and before he has even contributed to a significant event such as winning a cup they are lauded, talked about as going for 15 Million or player of the year before their eventual slide into just another player who shows it in flashes.

Our tactics seem to consist of spending more than the rest of the SPL barring them and hoping that will win us games. Sadly those tactics seem to involve a lot of crosses.

PSV’s midfield had power, pace, movement, good touches, moving the ball quickly, constantly creating space for themselves and a bit of ‘gallusness’ (I know it’s not a word but you know exactly what I mean). Our midfielders don’t do any of that.  There is no structure to what we do but Raskin was like a wee boy last night, chasing shadows and doing fuck all constructive.

We’re trying to play him the way Kamara did when it’s not his position.

He would be a good player under a proper manager.

Won't go down well on here, but Raskin is not capable of the performances Kamara delivered in Europe.
