SkylineBlue 23,363
Didn't he win player of the year in the championship recently? Anyway, too old and too much of a prick. We do need experience, but this is not for me.

Popular Post gogzy 31,195
Few people in the transfer forum reckon this is a done deal. chris182 6,297
Would be an off-the-wall type of signing. Probably designed to give us that bit of bite in midfield. its a no from me personally but I'll trust MW and DW in their judgement. 1NachoNovo, SwallowsHisOwnSpunk and Robmc1

This could be a good or a bad signing; it will be up to the player if he comes to do his best. I have reservations about this, but it's Mark Warburton's call. gogzy

JockyWilsonspants 80
A terrific signing if he does come to us imo. I understand people having qualms about his past behaviour, but people can and do change. Lets hope thats the case with Barton. If we had signed him this time last year we'd have had the same worries, but Barton would have proven those worries wrong if his Burnley stint is anything to go by.
