They'll burn out before the end of the season for sure.

Look at them now at the halfway point, injuries across their side and so desperate they got the break moved for time to recover.

We just need to keep winning and make sure the pressure remains constant.

With the winter break they could will recover ,a wee bit ,They could sign a few ,but there’s no guarantee they will be more Diver than the top scorer from Holland last year .And if they do manage to keep us within range come April ,The angeball hamstrings will be pinging and popping again 😁

Doncaster ain’t the highest paid CEO outside the big 5 leagues for nothing .

He was in charge when they played roulette with sky years ago wanting more money and ended up with fuck all basically, probably set Scottish football back a good few year. Yet here he still is.

You know what, past couple of weeks has been quite educational about them. They've struggled to break down defences, and clearly rely on just a few players to help them - without those players, they're almost hopeless. They don't have a Plan B if things don't work out. Their manager has no idea how to manage a team in a title race and is running his players into the ground.

I've no doubt they will sign new players and make another push but I think the wheels might come off before the end of the season.

And on the flipside. Gio appears to be able, in these early stages, to have our players all of a sudden doing different things against the stubborn, low block defences and getting results where previously we might have ran out of ideas!

That when Lawwell personally escorted him down to the negotiations? I've actually become convinced that Lawwell was there to make sure the league got the worst possible deal. With us down the devisions celtic were all but guaranteed european money, TV money was nothing to them but a big fraction of the other clubs income so limiting the Sky money would weaken the rest Scottish football further still all to Celtics advantage...

Bit of an off topic tin foil hat rant there but there you go.

No it was well before that I'm talking about

Just had to check out kerryfail street to see the meltdown and honestly someone has posted this.

I had a bad feeling about this game. Especially when I read all the malarkey re St. Mirren being 'ravished' by Covid and having to play kids .

:matron:  It must be a joke!! Surely it must be a joke. Aaaaaargh.

Apparently the diver wasn't completely fit at the weekend but the fat man threw him in anyway. Now Kyogo has a fucked hammy that might see him injured anyway by the time we play them. According to a few scum posters on Kerry fail.

Lovely. Just fucking lovely.

Fucking knew it. Looks like the cost was high to win that cup.
