I wouldn't make wholesale changes but... Ramsey & Diallo were brought in to bolster the squad. This is the time when they are needed. Add in Kamara, Roofe, Helander & Sakala and we should have hungry and rested players ready to produce. Makes sense mate bluenoz
andyhrfc 2,242
Sensible rotation but we need to start with the same attitude and commitment as Thursday. If we do we will comfortably. Drop our intensity and it could be a long afternoon. Bluekev

ZZed 4,510
Assess who needs a little more time to recover and rotate. Tell the rest of the squad that Thursday is the level requiered to get in the team so who ever comes in needs to put down a marker for next Thursday. Popular Post SIRB_72 4,003
McGregor, Tav, Goldson, Helander, Bassey, Lundstram, Kamara, Ramsey, Aribo, Kent, Morelos Helander isnt in the Euro squad so needs to play here, Bassey doesnt deserve to lose his LB place, Jack would play but I think needs his games managed as does Arfield. Ramsey needs to start at some point. However the starting 11 doesnt necesarily matter it's how we play. Get us high up the park, away from our own box and let Dundee Utd make mistakes. demise, SeparateEntityMyArse, Teamgers and 5 others

superallysbears 7,665
I'd play Jack if he's suitably recovered, Ramsey as well, time to go out and take our place back at the top and put the pressure on.
graeme_4 34,676
I’d be giving Arfield a wee rest and get Ramsey some game time in there. If everyone else is fit I’d keep the same side.

Hope we keep the head and will take any win. Post from FF yesterday . "Sorry for being a killjoy. In my lifetime, there are only 2 away victories in Europe that compare to last night. In 1978, we beat a fantastic PSV Eindhoven team 3-2, they were UEFA Cup holders and had half a dozen players who were in the Dutch squad that had just got to the world cup final. Massive celebrations, brilliant headlines. We then lost 1-0 to Partick Thistle on the Saturday and ended up losing the title to celtic in the last game. In 2007, we beat another wonderful team, French champions Lyon who were at the time genuine contenders for the Champions League trophy. Massive celebrations, brilliant headlines. We then lost 1-0 at home to Hibs on the Saturday and ended up losing the title to celtic in the last game. Now in 2022, we have beaten another European superpower at their ground. Massive celebrations, brilliant headlines. We need to make sure history doesn't repeat a third time. The second leg next Thursday takes care if itself. It's absolutely vital we go out on Sunday and forget the headlines and the praise, focus on a difficult game against a fired up opponent, and beat Dundee United. I really wish I wasn't so pessimistic all the time! " We need the win tomorrow.

WWTC 2,247
I might be wrong and hopefully I am but for me Ramsey still looks a good yard off the pace, and I dont think this is a game to be experimenting to find out. away from home in the league following on from away from home in Europe is always extremely difficult.
