Tends to let his intensity and focus drop, which is why he flits out of games. Could see players like Colak and Tav trying to get him going again at times. Geeing him up. Clearly something the coaching staff are aware of and have the more experienced players looking out for. They'll work it out of him and he'll get better. Canny wait. Has all the technical tools.

He’s only 20 or 21. We should ask Bayern now what they want and pay it if it’s reasonable. Cracking young player. Wouldn’t play him this weekend. Looked absolutely knackered after the game. What an occasion for a young boy like that. The emotion probably took a lot out of him as well. Sign him Rangers.

I read that the fee is about £1.5 million but who knows. It’s a steal if that is the case.

He looked tired after 60mins ,I had a wee snifter on goal scorers .After Colak scored I was having a look at having a bet on 3rd scorer .Tilman was 6s ,Didn’t even think about it as he looked like 6s to see the next 10mins .He couldn’t be that tired or he would never have been able to leap like that .Must be the Auchenhowie coffee .

Spot on about resting him against St Johnstone. It will also help the lad realise the importance we place on him. Plus we have enough in the squad to shake it up a bit.

I don’t know how much Bayern would want to make Tillman’s move permanent right now, but that figure will only rise if he continues to progress.

Had a 5-10 minute spell where it looked like his head had gone in the first half, occassion was maybe getting on top of him, but before and after that I thought he was good. 

Enjoyed Tav having a quiet word with him right after he almost gave away a pen. Didnt need to be a bollocking, just a quiet word to calm him down.

If we have an option to buy for an already agreed fee then why do people want us to pay it now, after what has still only been a handful of appearances? The sensible thing to do is obviously to assess him over a longer period of time first.

Agreed, yes, the class looks out the lad but we’ve been here before, especially with yo8ng players we’ve have on loan. Remember Lassana Coulibaly. He looked fucking incredible the first 4 or 5 games, especially in Europe, then was absolute dug shite thereafter. The loan to buy was eventually terminated.

AFAIK fee is usually pre-agreed along with loan.
