He’s cut out the slack pass he had in almost every game .

For me he was always decent ,remember the move when he played Defoe in to score against the tarriers .

But this season he has went up almsot as many levels as Barasic did last season .

Maybe he’s turning into the player Arsenal wanted him to be .

The 50k price tag is a bit of a read herring .We had him signed on a Bosman .Dundee had started to leave him out the team as a result and we offered them 50k to release him from the last few months of his contract on deadline day of the January transfer window .

Dont think we should be blaming these guys for losing an odd goal to a team that cost 10 times what ours cost. Its unrealistic to think we can just keep sweeping everyone away tbh.

Tav should attack the first header instead he is caught on his heels then the balls bouncing around the box. 2nd goal they overloaded that side and done us with some lovely one touch stuff, my only complaint was not being slightly tighter before they started the one touch passing but sometimes you need to hold your hands up and say some goal, probably like they will with the Roofe goal.

Agreed but it’s telling that SG himself said. Benfica had spotted a weakness and played on that .
It won’t be punished most weeks .Yet Bara has to toughen up more in his defensive challenges IMO

Too many crosses come into our box from both sides as both FBs are better going forward than defending.
