Whatever the percentage Hibernians' directors choose  to reduce the allocation for Rangers supporters at Hater Road should be reciprocated by a similar reduction percentage wise, for the allocation given to Hibernian for games at Ibrox given the disgusting conduct of Hibernian supporters recently where, apart from destruction of seats, horrendous graffiti, and stickers were placed  and chants were sung during the game that mocked the memory of those lost in the Ibrox disaster.

We are witnessing the meltdown we missed from everyone else during our 55 season .

For this reason there will be no shift in Scottish culture. There is no genuine appetite to evolve whatsoever. 
 

There is however an appetite to appoint Rangers the bogey man and persecute the club in any which way.
