I almost feel sorry for the prick. He has landed in this absolute pile of shite, and does not have one trusted voice around he can lean on. That Kennedy will knife him in the back at any opportunity.

They'll be lucky to sign anyone of note, their 10mill europa league income is hanging by a bawhair now, lose to the czech mob and not even the banners will take free tickets to the conference league home games 

Even with EL money they'll need the player sales to balance the books, because thats what they do, their board wont do what ours did last 3 seasons and basically say "fuck it we'll fund the losses"

It the model they relied on, spend a fortune but sell a fortune after successful CL appearances, they were spending 85mill to run that club in scottish football, it was said around the time rodgers was there that their setup required CL football every 2 out of 3 years, if not then a big sale was needed

They got dembele, they got tierney, then they got desperate, 9mill on eduard, 9 on jullien, all in the hope that one CL qualification doubles their value if not more

They had so many years of us being nothing more than an annoyance to streamline their club, instead they had a couple good years of their business model and thought "this will last forever"
